This webinar offers five key presentations exploring innovation and sustainability in agri-food supply chains. Participants will be introduced to the Uovo Circolare project, learn about the challenges of scaling circular models, the creation of value through circular business models, and the role of regional initiatives such as working groups on by-products and food policy roundtables. The session also highlights support mechanisms for research, development, and innovation in regional supply chain projects, offering practical insights for building a more sustainable food sector.

The panel will feature representatives from Piedmont Region, the Sociography Foundation, and Polo CGreen.
